Submitting orders: All orders must be confirmed in writing via fax or e mail
Submitting Art: Please send art to art@idpaspinline.com
Types of art we accept: We accept digital camera ready art by e mail digitally formatted by PC or MAC. AI Files,EPS, PDF, JPG, PSD (Photoshop Files)
Discrepancies: We are not responsible for any discrepancies after the order has been confirmed and proof has been approved.
Modifications to an order: No order may be modified or cancelled once the proof has been approved and production has begun.
Shipping: We ship exclusively by UPS, we can make arrangements to ship by FEDEX if necessary using shipper numbers supplied by clients.
Shipping delays: We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to weather or international customs delays.
Drop Shipments: If shipment is to more than one address, add $10.00 (V) per additional shipment over one.
Returns of imprinted items: Imprinted items cannot be returned.
Return of stock items: Can be returned subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
Shortages: All claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of an order.
Adjustments: Complaints must be registered within 15 days days after receipt of merchandise. Credit will be issued only for quantity returned. Authorization must be given first by means of R.O.G # for return of merchandise.
Cancellation Charge: orders cancelled will be billed for work we have already completed.
Samples: Free random samples will be sent out via USPS or by UPS by providing your UPS shipper account #
Special Packaging: We can provide customized packaging on all products, please contact customer service.
Pricing: Due to volatility of raw material prices and instability of current market conditions, we reserve the right to modify products, change materials and change prices without prior notification. Please call or view our website www.idpaspinline.com for current products and pricing.
Normal production times: Each product has clearly defined lead times posted on each page of the catalog along with specific product information pertaining to that product, we normally do not offer a rush service.
Proofs: All proofs are electronic once your order is placed and are always FREE.
Terms: All orders are subject to Credit Approval, initial orders always require credit card payments and payment in advance, we accept all major credit cards. Subsequent orders placed will also require credit card payments in advance until terms are approved. For your company to apply for credit terms please call our credit department and we will explain our procedures.
Country of origin: All items manufactured must bear a country of origin marking in accordance with US Customs regulations. Most products in this catalog will be placed in polybags imprinted with the the country of origin. Certain circumstances require a origin sticker to be placed on the product. Most items made by IDPaspinline are manufactured in China.
Standard terms and conditions: Placement and acceptance of order by parties shall constitute agreement that disputes shall be resolved in Florida, under Florida law.
Trademarks & Copyrights: All copyright items require permission from copyright holder before production can begin. We do not assume any liability for any copyright for any trademark or copyright infringements.
